Dr. Case Thorp serves as the Senior Associate Pastor for Evangelism at the First Presbyterian Church of Orlando. He founded The Collaborative, a ministry that disciples Christian leaders for cultural & economic renewal. Case is married to Jodi, and they have three beautiful children, Alexandra (18), Charles (16), and Brooks (11). They have enjoyed downtown Orlando as their home since 2005. Jodi owns a company that provides consulting services in the philanthropic sector.

Originally from Atlanta, Case holds degrees from Oxford College (AA), Emory University (BA), Princeton Theological Seminary (MDIV), and Fuller Theological Seminary (Doctorate in Missional Ecclesiology), and served as the 39th Moderator of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church. His writings have been published in the Wall Street Journal, Orlando Sentinel, and many theology publications and blogs. He has taught as a guest lecturer for Palm Beach Atlantic University and Reformed Theological Seminary. Case provides consulting services in faith and work ministry, church and pastoral health, and strategic planning for both businesses and churches.

April Speakers – Bristan and Latondra Heaven

Bristan and Latondra Heaven jokingly refer to themselves as a modern-day “Aquila and Priscilla” because of their distinct calling as partners in business and ministry. Bristan has served in retail banking since 2007, beginning as a Teller, working his way up to a Branch Manager leading multiple high-performing sales teams, and then as a VP & Senior Small Business Banking Consultant providing solutions to small businesses with annual revenues of up to 2 million that help them increase their cash flow and manage risk. Latondra worked in the mortgage banking industry from 2002 until they made a decision in 2012 to homeschool their two daughters. During her tenure as a compliance auditor, she was responsible for ensuring the company’s regulatory compliance, including auditing technology and systems compliance through two mergers.

Bristan and Latondra are family-oriented and believe that God should first and foremost be glorified in the home. This is why, apart from their relationships with the Lord, they prioritize their ministry to one another and their daughters over all else, according to the leading of the Holy Spirit. They are both active members of the Central Florida Christian Chamber of Commerce, with Bristan serving on the Board of Directors as the Treasurer and Latondra as the VP of Administration. They have served in Christian ministry for more than 20 years each. Their combined leadership experience has included, sports evangelism, international missions, discipleship and mentorship, leadership training and development, strategic planning, and pastoral ministry.

Bristan is a graduate of Jamaica Theological Seminary, and Latondra received her Master’s degree from Beeson Divinity School. February Speaker – Stan Miller

Stan Miller has spent his career developing people and delivering results as a technology sales and operations leader in the telecom and financial technology industries.

Sparked by a love for mentorship, Stan Miller founded Storicate, a professional development firm focused on teaching people to communicate their most significant value using proven storytelling techniques.

He’s partnered with AT&T, Cornell University, University of Southern California, and several other leading institutions providing executive coaching, courses, keynotes, group training, and curriculum.

Most recently, Stan’s been invited to present his storytelling ideas and concepts at SXSW in Austin 2023.

Stan’s partnerships with early-stage startups, universities, and corporations have paved the way for Storicate to help organizations reimagine how their stories connect to customer and employee experiences.

His award-winning training programs have helped thousands of individuals discover their value and communicate that value, both in life and at work.

January Speaker – Chad Garmon

Chad Garmon is an “almost” Florida native who currently works in the family business as the Director of Business Operations for F George Concrete, LLC. Bringing his numerous years of operation experience to one of Central Florida’s oldest continually operating concrete and masonry companies.

In Chad’s role at the YMCA of Central Florida, where he served from 2016-2022 as the VP of Community Engagement & Christian Initiatives, he supported the Association’s strategic plan and enhanced the member and staff engagement experience. He was responsible for cultivating effective partnerships with community organizations, volunteers, and staff.

For 17 years prior to joining the YMCA of Central Florida team, Chad held the position of Founder and Executive Director of Impact Ministries of Central Florida. Chad managed multiple cause-driven projects that impacted individuals and families in need, by engaging more than 700 volunteers and leading a staff team to serve in their own communities. In 2002, accompanied by a strong board of directors, Chad led his organization to the next step and IMPACT received official 501(c) 3 status. Under his leadership as Executive Director, the organization doubled its budget and its services within the first four years.
IMPACT has impacted over 420 residents throughout Central Florida.

Chad also enjoys utilizing his creative strengths and knowledge in technology and social media to engage audiences and deliver his messages. Chad has held previous leadership roles as minister for a local church and current Chairman of the Board for the Youth Ministries Institute. He also is currently serving in the Florida Faith-Based & Community-Based Council as a Legislative Appointee for our region.

Chad was raised in Central Florida where he and his wife, Kimberly, of twenty-three years, have adopted Faith (5) and Micah (10), and are raising them along with Rileigh (16) and Elijah (19). Chad has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Belhaven University. He also holds his Ordination in Christian Ministry.

December Speaker – Joseph Thompson

After more than thirty years of ministry, and having serendipitously found himself serving as Discipleship Pastor and a member of the Spiritual Leadership Team at Action Church in Orlando, FL (Outreach Magazine’s 2019 second fastest growing church in the USA), Joseph now focuses his energy on RHC, a ministry/business jointly owned by his wife, Sola and himself, and on Primal Purpose, a ministry geared towards the underserved and underprivileged.
Originally from Nigeria, West Africa, Joseph has enjoyed the privilege of living in many different parts of the world, seeing the sights, hearing the sounds, and smelling the smells of the amazingly varied cultures that God has blessed our world with. A self described Cultural Architect, Joseph has served as lead pastor at a couple of churches, as well as associate pastor in a few others.
He is really passionate about storytelling and communicating the truths of Scripture as they relate to living life every day, and he communicates those stories with characteristic probity and subtle humor, which makes his messages easy to understand.
His academic background includes a number of college degrees, but if you ask him, his real qualifications for serving in ministry and business are his passionate pursuit of God and his love for people— which he considers his superpower.
Having gained a ton of local church experience over his many years of ministry, Joseph ‘criss- crosses’ the United States and ‘globe-trots’ the nations, speaking in churches, conferences, and seminars.
He’s been married to his beautiful bride, Sola, for almost thirty-four years, and has three adult children: a son, Demi, and two beautiful daughters, Bimi and Temi.

November Speaker—Krystal Parker

Krystal Parker is a former executive for a Fortune 200 publicly traded oil and gas company. She has over 25 years of experience in organizational management, leading hundreds of union & non-union employees to provide J.D. Powers, award-winning customer service to more than 2.1 million customers across the U.S.

A former college dropout, Parker advanced her education at Harvard Business School for senior executive leaders focusing on innovation, globalization, and leadership diversity. She earned an undergrad in psychology and a master’s in marketing. As a certified DISC behavioral specialist, trainer, speaker, and coach, Parker opened a boutique consulting company, Intent & Impact, to help companies increase profit, reduce turnover, and enhance employee engagement. A best selling author and professor, Krystal teaches graduate and undergraduate level courses. She is also the president of the United States & Central Florida Christian Chambers of Commerce.

October Speaker—Paul M. Neuberger

Paul M. Neuberger, founder of C-Suite for Christ, is a Wisconsin native, graduated from Ripon College in 2005 and Marian University in 2007. He started his career as a professional fundraiser at the collegiate level upon his graduation from Ripon. Following the death of his father-in-law in 2012, Paul followed a new path and became a financial advisor with Thrivent Financial. It’s from here he realized a passion for sales and started his first business, The Cold Call Coach.

Additionally, Paul is a dynamic, in-demand speaker who delivers keynotes worldwide. His most notable talk is “Instantaneous Differentiation: How to Make Yourself Memorable”. Anyone who attends one of Paul’s engaging talks leaves feeling inspired and armed with a new set of skills. Paul loves to show the audience how, together, they can make the impossible possible.
