Claudia Bucaro is a passionate servant leader with 15 years of experience in ministry. She is highly committed to live on mission for Christ from a place of prayer and intimacy with God. She is currently one of the Pastors at Action Church in Orlando, Florida. Originally from Guatemala she has a passion for missions, diversity and other cultures. She has led more than 10 trips to different countries like Uganda, Honduras and Guatemala. She spearheaded the Spanish translation team at Action Church and currently leads ” Mi Reaccion” hispanic community.
Previous to ministry work, Claudia was in the Performance Marketing industry for 8 years providing full management of the Affiliate Channel to a portfolio of clients on different verticals. She would create strategic plans for her clients understanding their value proposition and competitive advantage. She loved managing Affiliate programs for christian clients like Churchsource, Biblica, Precious Moments and Pureflix among others.
